Default Bybass a/c on a 98 trans am

i dont want to run the a/c compressor anymore and wanted to know if there was a way to bypass it with a belt.and where i could get the parts i need to do it

Should have a separate belt for the compressor - just remove it?

pull the compressor relay. on gen 3 and 4 SBCs, they have the separate belt. some gen 1 have a separate belt, too. pulling the relay woks on all SBCs, gen 1-4.

Remove the belt.
