Well I finally got everything ready so I could take my WS6 out and try the new combo on it. So I took it out today and was able to make 6 passes on it.
Again I would like to thank Bob and the crew at EPP for helping to finally get my car where I have wanted it to be. I don't want to forget to give a big thanks also to TEA. Brian Tooley and the gang when they were in Bowling Green, KY are the ones that got the ball to rolling for me. Brian if you see this thanks.

1st pass: I was nervous as everything. Hadn't raced in over a year and making the power that it is now. Launched at 3500 and it fell on it nose.
60' 1.91
1/8 7.45@103.45
1/4 11.3@130.82

Then I made 5 other passes all 11.0 between 124 and 126 mph.

The third run was my best of the day: Launched at about 4500.
60' 1.59
1/8 7.01@103.45
1/4 10.92@127.85

Finally got it. Man was I happy. It is a beast on the street. There is alot more in the car. The drive has to get himself better. I think I can get it to a 10.7. This is also a full weight car with me in it about 3800 lbs give or take a little bit.

Thanks everyone.

BAIN,
I saw ya there. You got a nice ride dude, and you were moving out pretty good yourself to. That is some good mph with a cam and bolt on only. Good job dude. Are you coming back up to BB before it closes? If so give me a yell.

congrats Bob! Darrell and myself enjoyed putting your car together, but you definitely took it to the right people for the S/C install! ;) Maybe I'll see ya at the track in the next week or two. :D

What's going on dude? Let me know if you head to the track, and I'll meet you there. You two were in the TEA gang when they were in BG that I was talking about. I haven't seen you in about two years I guess. Hope things are going good for you.

Yea I will try and get back up to BB before they close for the year. I still have some tuning to work out before I make it back though. I will let you know before I make the next trip. It's about 200 miles round trip for me :(

UnbelievableLS1,
You coming to BB on the 11th? I'll be there unless something big happens. I just talked to Darrell, just hung up the phone with him. I thought he said you had already run your SS. What times did you get with it?

I have already ran it, but that was stock, just to get a baseline out of it. The 20-25 mph headwinds sure didn't help me any. :( It ended up going a 13.98 @99.

When I go back up on the 11th, I will have a tune, CAI, 160 t-stat, and cutout. Heatsoak is a BITCH on these things! :o

Just saw the post, congrats! So you went the FI route with your N/A setup? What are the specs on that cam?

What's going on Brian? Hope things are going good up your way. Nice to hear from you. I got back from my second trip to Iraq about 2 months now. I am going to be giving you a call here soon.
The spec's on the X1 cam are 231/227 591/571. Not a great blower cam but I am very happy with the results. That's also with your 5.3 stage 1.5 heads.

Congrats Bobby, this is Alex from BGM, I've got the Blue T/A in Bowling Green. Hoping I can hit some 10s when all is said and done as well.

Hey Brian, this is Richard Healey's son... Hopefully I can scratch some money together soon to get some heads for this freain 408. Stock heads sucks!

Congrats, it's nice to make the power and then be able to shift it into the 10's like that.

Is that cam on a 112 or 114?

I spend all my time on here now lol. I'll have to try to make it out, I've got drill this weekend, but I get out at about 5. I can't believe I'm going to miss my Buckeyes beatin up on Michigan :eyes:

I'm runnin Hoosier QTP's 27 inch on Bogarts Bolted D-10's 15x10. I am going through at about 6400. I'll be more exact after this weekend. The last time was the first time I had raced in over a year and with the new mods. I was just trying to hang on and not mess up. lol

Is that what the factory tach said or your best guess? Cause the tach is not very acurate. Seams low for 130mph on a 4.10 and 27" tall tires.

I go by my shift light. I used the 6200 and the 6400 pill last time. The light was coming on just a little bit before I crosed the line. So I'd say some where around 6400 to 6600 rpm. Again I'll have exact rpm after tomorrow.
