LS1 to C3 Corvette I will put LS1 and 4L60E to -79 C3 Corvette. Can I update wire cables to computer myself? I dont need ABS, ERG .... . Is here some one who has done same earlier?

Nah, never been done before. 
Check out the Hybrids and Conversion section. There are probably close to a dozen LS1 C3s that have been documented here on LS1Tech.

If I understand your question correctly, you most certainly will need a custom engine harness, if you have wiring diagrams and some brains, you should be able to figure this one out. I don't know what dependancies rely on certain systems being "plugged in" to the PCM though...
