Default Internal pressure issues ? options

Have a recently rebuilt LS6 engine, stock cubes and compression high quality internals . H/C intake , tuning , used mostly for road course track days, Have 4k miles on rebuild, 600 plus track miles . Have installed a small catch can in the PCV system and a large catch can coming off of the right valve cover.

Have had some smoking on gear shifts and hard braking. which improved by putting a large catch can coming off the valve cover and routed into the intake in front of the MAF do not have a baffle in the valve cover. . The can would collect about a pint of oil in 2 or so 30 minute sessions. also a lot of oil in the intake and some popping as the oil built up in the intake

Yesterday at CMP , after a couple of high RPM laps ( 6-7K rpm's ) for sustained periods the dipstick blew off spewing oil all over the headers and causing a red flag situation where we had flames under the car. No damage to car. runs fine gr8 oil pressure. but obviously don't want this to happen again

Am considering breathers/ vacuum pumps ETC , would like to hear pros/cons of each setup as well as anyone who has other ideas on fixing the problem . Otherwise the car has been flawless.
