What kind of help are you looking for? Your car already has halogen headlights. If you're replacing them with whiter bulbs or something then they'll just plug into the factory harness. If you're installing an HID kit then instructions should be included with the kit.

I Bought Them From Some Companie It Has The Halo Ring Inside It, I Know How To Connect The Headlights Itself, All I Need Help On Is The Halo Ring Wiring..... Where Do I Connect It To?

The halos should only have two wires - power and ground. Where you hook them up depends on how you want them to work. You should connect the ground wire (probably black) to a good ground or splice it into the ground (black) wire at the headlights. The other wire can be run to a switch if you want manual control or you can connect it to the brown wire at either the front parking lights or the side marker lights if you want the halos on whenever the parking lights are on.
