RESOLVED 11.14.06---MTI is a bad performance shop..
I have ordered some parts from MTI and everything is arrived and the order have taken 1 month to arrive. the problem is the TNT F2 system it's damage. I found the battries under the bottle damaged and without jets
I sent million of emails and nobody answer me since i told them the TNT is damage. i can't use my system because the battries and the jets
I pay for the system only to see it not to use it
David if you read this please resolve it.

Have sent you two seperate sets of jets on two seperate occassions. You've had the kit for over 4 months now and this is the first we've heard of any type of damage to it - you've had it out of the box this entire time and now you're just letting us know it was damaged?

yes.. correct, 2 - 3 months sending emails without any answers.. i'm tired from the calls, emails and finally i found a place to explane my problem with MTI.
I have email from you in April 25, 2006 and you said
Let me run a trace on the tracking number and I'll get back to you asap.

Fahad - no e-mails in either the sales inbox or my direct e-mail. Please see my post above and please contact me directly to discuss this new issue of damage to your nitrous kit. If you haven't received the jets (still), then I will resend another set and PM you tracking numbers.
