Default Baby Seats????

I'm getting ready to purchase my second 98-02 Camaro. However I know have a little "extra package" to transport. Is there any troubles with car seats in the back of the Camaros. thanks

Nope I cart my toddler around with no problems.. How ever I would recomend to get a 00 or later as they have the hooks to secure the seat to.

My daughter's booster and infant seat both fit in the back. I steal the booster from my wife when she's around otherwise it's the infant seat.

My son's seat fit fine, however I could only find one brand that actually fit(level) within the backseat. Of course it was the one that cost the most. Booster seat works great when they are a little older.

I got a Eddie Bauer from Target in black/grey/red for my little girl. It at least looks cool with the 5 point harness system.

No seriously though. She loves when I get on it from a slow roll. She starts clapping and it puts a big smile on her face and mine.

You shouldn't have a problem. Hell half of our manual talks about installing a baby seat. I have the graco seat with the base that stays in the car and it works great. The booster seats will be a bit more difficult to get him in and out but still not that bad.

When the seat is rear facing (1year) it kind of sucks for the passenger, because the passenger seat needs to be all the way forward. After that no problems. I have 2 and take them in the car all the time. I also have 3 cars and the SS is just a toy, I did drive it daily for a long time, even with the kids.

My girlfriend said our baby can't sit next to a nitrous bottle in a 500 hp car. So I had to go out and get a new daily driver which was nice because now the Ta only gets to see the nice weather like it deserves. The daily driver thing isn't so bad either, especially when their is a pretty decent aftermarket for performance parts. 2001 Bonneville with the supercharged 3.8. I already beat down a couple Mustangs with it. Gotta love boast.

My girlfriend doesn't have any problems with her 3yr old or 4 month old (it is a little crowded for the passenger with the rear facing)

I have no problems halling 2 seats for my 1 and 3 year old sons. Rear facing will b harder as above stated. People who say the back seat of these cars are usless dont have kids! Thankfully GM put the vette motor and 6 speed in a 4 seater!!
My kids also dig LS1 acceleration...like father like sons. My one year old smiles and giggles, and my 3 yr old says "do it again dad!". Come to think of it my Dad is also an LS1 believer to after a "spirited" ride!

My 1 year old always walks 2 my Z in the garage and says "dadda", then gets pissed when he has to ride in the wife's Impala. Poor guy is gonna go through withdrawl over the winter.

So funny....my 5 year old does the same thing. He says "dad can you push me back in my seat" hahahaha....of course I only give it half throttle going about 10 miles an hour so its all safe and stuff
