so its cracked and it looks burnt, i have only used the standard wattage so i dont see why it would be burnt, and it looks like its burnt from the outside. so how much to replace it? and what how do i take the housing off? thanks.

also has anyone bought the hid fogs they're selling on here? can water get into those? has anyone had a bad experience with them? or good...
