Not that you can find any of these because of the Strike but did anybody hear how these new Goodyear drag radials tested out? I was kinda wanting to know seeing how they had them in 315/35/17. Now their on strike and Goodyear is saying maybe next year? Alrite I don't care who but either Mickey Thompson or Goodyear need to get these new tire sizes out before I waste my money on Nittos again.

Wow, I hadn't heard of this, and I actually emailed Goodyear a couple of months back asking if there were any tires like these (or the old GSC-S, soft compound shaven) available. They replied that there wasn't anything available or in the works.
Do you have any links?

I have them in 275-40-17, but havent ran them yet. The compound is very soft and I expect they will stick like glue. You have to getthem from a race distributor http://www.racegoodyear.com/distributors.html

DO NOT RUN THE GOODYEAR RADIAL TIRE!!!!!!!! The absolute biggest pieces of shit out there. We actually tested a "newer design" set for them and gave them our feedback. This was after contacting and complaining about how bad the set I just bought was. The new ones were just as bad. Never heard back from them. :eyes: This was the 325/50's.
A buddy of mine tested there 275/40-17 before they were released and did a comparison to the M/T radials of the same size. The M/T's kicked there ass. He also gave them his feedback and never heard back from them. :eyes:
Don't waste your money on Goodyears. Buy M/T radials. :judge:

That sucks taht you have to purchase tehm from one of the 9 distributors on that link (thanks for the link). They should be offered through all of their dealerships like the GSC-S tires were.
