everytime i turn on my car it starts smelling like oil, also when i turn it off same thing. any ideas?

could just be an oil leak somewhere, and it could be burning off onto the headers creating a burnt smell.. As for just smelling oil and it not being a burning smell.. I don't have a clue unless there is, once again, a visible leak somewhere..

most likely its the intake.

yep. our engines are known for leaking oil out the intake. Mine was done right when i got my car and now i think it's leaking again. and it hasn't even been 10k miles. oh and i'm not the one who did it either.
