Default TSP 228R CAM, Help needed

What could be wrong with my top end speed, or is it just the expected behavior of the 228R cam ?
I was trapping at 109.8mph before cam, 111.8mph after cam, I know the power is there cause the car went from 12.85 with a 1.95 60' to 12.45 with a 1.93 60'
My tuner set the rev limiter to 6800rpm and my shift light was set at 6300rpm from 1st to 2nd and 6500 from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th. Stock redline was 6500rpm.

I spoke with the tuner to adjust the rev limiter to 7000rpm and set my shift light to 6800rpm in every gear. Would I be losing that much trapping speed because of this ?

I'm also experiencing clutch overcentering, is happening under high rpm, from 3rd to 4th gear. the diaphragm fingers get pushed beyond the center line and the clutch pedal sticks to the floor until the rpm drop, it does seems to happen at high load, high RPM conditions (6400-6500rpm), I can shift this high in other gears and be just fine, but i have to fight the shifter to go from 3rd to 4th. My shift from 3rd to 4th is not as fast as I would normally shift, but, would it be screwing my trapping speed that much?, I'm getting an ls7 clutch to replace the stock even though I know is not slipping yet, but the overcentering is driving my nuts. If I shift at 6000rpm from 3rh to 4th , it would go easy with no problems.

I've also logged timing during some 3rd and 4th gear punches and I don't see anything wrong with the timing. Timing goes from 24-25* between 5000-6000rpm, around 26* from 6100 to 6300rpm, 27* from 6300-6600rpm in 3rd gear. I saw some KR in 4th gear around 5100-5200rpm, it went to 1.5* then 1* the disappeared. It was so quick I didn't see it in my logger screen, but later when I was reviewing the runs, it was there, in just a couple of frames in the logger though, so I don't think it was real KR. Can't log afr cause I don't have a wideband 

Here are dyno runs from before and after cam, as well as a ¼ mile track slip. Notice the difference between the 1/8 mile trap vs the ¼ mile trap. Shouldn't I be gaining at least 25mph, instead of 23mph by the end of the 1320 ?

I'm completely clueless about this, any thoughts would be highly appreciated.

before cam

after cam

before and after comparison every 100rpm

slip, car went from 12.46@111.38mph to 12.5@111.82mph on the next run inmediatly after this one,
i'm trying to get the other slip scanned, my 60' was 1.95, so at least i know the car is running pretty consistant. #22 in the slip

You gained 50rwhp/42ft-lbs from a cam only. I'd say that's about right as far as the cam output/tune goes. You need to get the other issue(s) worked out (like your shifter problem).
