I am not ignoring your emails, I simply did not receive them and have not logged onto ebay all week. I am sorry that UPS damaged you head gaskets as you said in the first email that I responded to regarding this, this has happened before.
I will get ahold of UPS Monday morning regarding this, if they wont take care of it I will send you another set.
Since you saw that we are a sponsor here, my number is listed with the name of the company, you could have called, I am sorry your emails were overlooked, but please if you are going to give feedback, also mention that you did receive everything as soon as you paid for it and that the only reason there is a problem is because of UPS carelessness.
Thanks,
Leo

If you check your ebay you will see that i gave you a good feedback for the mac headers. And i have not gave you a bad feedback for the headgaskets. I don't like to give a bad feedback. The thing that pissed me off was that I felt like you were trying to blow me off because you wouldn't return my emails. Like i said, I understand things get damaged during shipment because i have had things get damaged. I do alot of selling on there and UPS has cost me alot of money. All i wanted was a responce. I have no hard feelings, if I did I would of left you a neg on ebay and I didn't

I got the run a round a little now they want you to call so they can have someone come out and inspect the package, make sure to use the tracking number 1Z2319F20399076821. I called 1-800-PICK-UPS and just asked for customer service. If they ask for a number to reach me it is 330-273-4948.

Well i called ups and they said that they would call me to set up a time to pick them up. I don't know what the hell they are going to do after that. I assume that they are going to call you after they pick it up. I had a hard time understanding what he was saying because he couldn't speek english worth a ****.

YOU need to keep calling UPS. They are not top notch for calling back on shipping issues of any kind or claims - it sucks but my guess is you have a bit more time in a day to call them and keep on their backs.

Leo, why don't you just give me a refund. It's not my fault that you didn't package it worth a ****. I couldn't believe you shipped it in just the little thin box. You know I have had things get damaged when I sold on ebay and you know what I did? Swing over to ebay and check my feedback. Just give me my money back and send a call tag and you can have the gaskets back. I can't use these gaskets because they are ****. I haven't gave you a bad feedback yet I thought I would give you a chance [IMG][/IMG]

I just recieved the paperowrk from UPS for the claim to get the money back. I have not contacted you because I had no status update. The box should have been sufficient, you cannot blame the ignorance of whatever UPS employee on me. PM ME your paypal address to verify it and Ill send you the money it is really not that big of a deal, I am sorry UPS has taken so long but really it has been out of my hands.

I am not privvy to all the details here BUT, from the picture that is a box UPS would tell him to package it in.
Everyone is learning the really hard way that shipping these kinds of parts get beat bad by shipping companies - if you ever get the chance to see how they have the roller belts with a 130# box and a 4# box go screaming down to a skid stop rubber mat at 37mph, you'd wonder how they ever stay in business with all the claims.
Shipping companies drive me nuts - this post gave me an opportunity to just point that out.

That looks like a typical box for shipping gaskets, looks like UPS used it for soccer practice. I don't really have experience filing UPS claims but it sounds like the sender files, and GMR has filed. So it sounds like this is getting resolved.

It will be resolved. Leo *may* eat the cost in the interim since UPS can take up to 6 weeks to remiburse on a claim.
It isn't always reasonable but if I'm getting a drop I try to be there. If the box is damaged I'll hold up the driver when unpacking so all he has to do (and has) is take it back and file it immediately "damaged in shipping".
They don't like coming out to the house much...tried dropping it by the dogs or ring the doorbell and run but I always catch em'
