Default How to drop the engine???

I'm wanting to drop my engine for my H/C swap. I've never done it before and I was hoping that someone has a guide on how to drop the engine. I'm hoping this is something i'd be able to do in my garage without too much trouble. If anyone has a writeup or some pics of how to do it that would be great!

I hope this was posted in the right section!

You can drop the engine out the bottom, but you should have a vehicle hoist.
You can pull it out from the top with an engine cherry picker.
Or do your H/C swap with the engine in the car.

I have heard that many shops simply do it with the engine in the car.
