Anyone have instructions how to install a fuel cooler?
I keep having cavitation issues with my my fuel pump, so they recommend i try a fuel cooler.
I spoke to KP, and he recommended using this :
Found here :

I guess your supposed to run it on the return line.
Can anyone please help?
Thanks.

I've got the same one. Installed it on the return line and I am running a 8AN line to the cooler(with a reducer) and a 6AN line back to nipple on the fuel pump assembly for the stock feed. In other words I have mine setup so the return uses the stock feed nipple on the pump assembly so I didnt have to hack the pump assembly anymore than necessary.

Do you have pics of what it looks like and where it was mounted?
It would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

I'll see what I can do to get some pics of how the line is ran and everything tonight, were gonna grind down my calipers to try to fit my prostars on, so I should be able to do that.
I'll host the pics on here for ya.
I know you were thinking that the location of the fule pump would possibly have something to do with why its failing, but it ran perfectly fine the first 5 months I had it before, I just noticed it when things started to warm up a bit which is around the time I got my car back for a second time from futral.

And isnt the return line way far away from the front mount?
