Default rear mount turbo oiling??

I know that you need some sort of a pump to pump it back to the motor but what type of pump.
Also I hear people talk about a catch can. Does this mean that it fills the can and then pumps it back or does it run all the time?

Thanks
John

Also, the catch can is a total loss system; you pour it out when it gets near full.
