Removing stock exhuast manifolds
What is the best way to do this. Also I will be pull the block out formt he top but leaving the tranny in. Were are all the places the tranny bolts to the block if it does other than the TC to flywheel.

Its hard, but what I did is unbolt the exhaust manifolds, then just remove the motor. It comes out real nice. You can also remove them on also...just a little harder. There are 6 bolts that hold up the tranny...2 lower on each side, then two kinda on top. You also have to disconnect the TC from the Flywheel...3 bolts...Oh, don't forget to disconnect the tranny lines..Good luck

tranny bolts around all the edges i think 5 for an auto...6 for a manual? i would reccomend pulliing it from the bottom even if you pulling only the motor. its soo easy with even a cherry picker 1 bud and some jackstands...radiator condensor fans can all stay...just the swaybar k m mber bolts fuel lines radiator hoses ac hose and tranny crossmember...o and ps resavoir...
