Default what h/c for the 4.8

i have a ls1 cnc ported heads and a cam228/230 .571/.573 112
can i swap them to my 4.8 truck or this cam

All the current production LSx engines have compatible heads/cams etc.

what is better the 4.8 truck heads and ls6 cam or ls1 heads and cam228/230 .571/.573 112 any one can help

the second cam you put down up there is pretty much close to a stock LS1s camshaft.

only heads that are excluded from your list would be LS7 and L92 heads. ported LS6 heads are probably all you need. personaly id go with a bigger cam, unless you have to deal with a daily driver.. but even then id run a bigger one..
