Default Original converter is back in, SSF3500 is out...

I got the original converter installed today and everything is fine. My SSF 3500 was making a hell of a noise.
Upon lockup it would chatter. The best way to describe the noise was taking a screw driver and banging it back and forth ( fast ) between header pipes.
This would happen just as it would lock and under light throttle.
I'll send it back to TCI and get them to fix it.
Expensive for all this but hope TCI will pull through.

TCDI has a couple new converters that are supposed to be much improved over the SF & SSF, I just installed their 3200 MaxEffort StreetFighter (2.6:1 STR) and better Lockup Clucth material, etc., etc. I'l let you guys know how it holds up over time, I just got Some Mickey Thompson DR's, be at Atco on the 18th....Tony
