I've watched this vid countless times, especially from the Honda camp but never before has it gone past the first race. Found this on Youtube and thought the second race was interesting. Makes me think the SS was in the wrong gear the first time.
Not hating on Hondas, I have A LOT of respect for the fast ones, just thought people would like to see the SS score one against the hatch.

Edit: In case you don't feel like watching, the vid of the infamous teal hatch pulling the black ss on the freeway has two rounds; the latter of which I had never seen before. In the second match (that was always cut off) the SS pulls the little hatch...

Pretty fast for stock motors

k20's are very responsive to mods, but they're still expensive to do. There's quite a few people doing 11's NA in their k20 civics, and some doing 10's in CRX's all stripped out(NA).

I used to beat slightly modded evos in my old h22a civic, with intake and exhaust. beating a stock one is no great feat.

Reason I sold mine was due to the paranoia of it getting stolen, and all the high schoolers eyeing my ride, and of course going to a RWD car.

I dont care if that car could hit Mach 9. It is the worst sounding motorized vehicle I have ever heard. My Stihl chainsaw is more appealing than that fucking thing. That would drive me crazy having to listen to that POS. :bang:

ya i agree in the second race its clear the ss had it and was pulling then hit his brakes .but then they lil import that could just kept hamerign on i respect all cars period if done right and fast.but many the comments on that video are just so damn gay .. and that lil civic desperatly needs some exhaust badddd

#1. Notice the cameraman switched cars. Weight difference.
#2. The Honda didn't sound like it was in the right gear at the beginning of the 2nd race to me.

Either way, those 2 cars are very close, i'd give the nod to the SS as being faster.

And that ricer flyby at the end was lame.

Its not V-TECH its spelled V-TAK. If you spell it that way you lose horsepower. See look at the pics if you spell it like V-TAK this is what happens!
