Default

The lengths look like those from my 02, but I used the 12 point kit which is a different part number. Aren't the 04's all the same length, and some of the 03's?

Default ARP studs

The 2004 LS6 blocks use the short bolts in every hole, same as the LS2. None of the 2003 blocks came with all short bolts, at least none that I have worked on.

234-4316 is the correct part number for the early blocks usiing long and short fasteners.
