what if I have a hp goal of 450? If I plan on having 375 horse plus a wet 75 shot, so 450rwhp. Will I have to change my 28lb injectors to bigger ones? Also, are 1.75 inch tubes overkill on headers or too small or what?

no, the wet shot injects the fuel and the nitrous (however, even a 75 dry shot would probably be fine at that level, just be sure to have it turned. I would swap the stock pump out for a Walbro intank just to insure you won’t have a drop in fuel pressure. FWIW you may want to look around the nitrous section and see what other guys are running. GL
Just saw you're running a 402! 375rwhp sounds pretty low for that size motor. You MAY want to look at bigger injectors being n/a with that thing!!
