Default 4l60e to th400 conversion into 94 formula

I am needing to know exactly what i need to convert this to my formula. A list of parts would be great. I am not putting the 4l60e back in due to the MANY probs I have hear dof with them behind power monster motors.

Also what is the trans brake?

Yes. I have the BMR conversion crossmember and it relocates the TA to the crossmember, very nice piece and it worked out great for me.

it is not a daily driver, this car is going to have ~500-550 to the wheels when finished. I am only gonna use it for fun driving and weekends and at the track.
