I want to do a G-body also. I think you would be quicker with a turbo 350. Why did you decide on the powerglide. what cam specs

If I had to guess, the glide is out of the car from when he was running it in real street and he just "happened" to keep it. This car was a hard runner in real street before he decided to go a little slower and put it back in street trim. Had motor issues trying to run 5.70's with an older SBC. I was there when it scattered and it was ugly. Was really glad he didn't sell the car because it's a sweet ride and there's no telling how many thousands of hours he' got in it the last few years. Good job Justin, Batman

EDIT: whats the raceweight? what stall in the PG?
id say with a 4000 or better stall and the 4.10 it picks up 2 tenths and 2mph.

If you want to go with a T56, I am thinking about selling my complete setup and going to an automatic.

whats up batman and tj.the converter is a super streetfighter nitrous version from tci for th350.the glide is a tsi with pro tree brake.i went with a glide because it was avaliable ,and my 700r4 was shifting really slouchy and late.i havent had a chance to run it at the track yet,but will post when i do.a th350 probably have been more pratical for the street but it is a little heavier and less effecient than a glide.i am hoping for 6.50,s on this setup.oh yeah the cam specs are 230,236 @.50 525,525 i think on a 110 it a gm asa cam.

hey Justin, are you going to take it to Breakaway this weekend? I'm shooting to get there for a few hours of hanging with the real street gang and would like to see how you set the car up. Man, that cam should idle like a stocker dude........ I bet it's a ball to drive on the street now too. Next ya gotta put the AC back in it and do a power tour with me!!

i might come, the cam idles rough,i love cruising it through town reving up and scaring old people,it only has a 3 inch x-pipe and 40 series 3 inch flowmasters just before the axle.i still have some work left to get it ready for the track and with the holidays things have been slowed down in the finances dept.

heck yea, I'd love to see it again. Always loved that badass regal. I can't wait to hear the slomaro run with the true duals(also with an x-pipe) and the spin-techs. It might be a little noisy for me but oh well...... I'm not sure if I'll leave the radio in it or not. It's a perfect spot for my guages!!! Hope to see you Sunday dude..... and go by and ****** ol' Micheal Birge outta bed and make him come too....
