Default Fuel EVAP needed?

I have an LS1 going in a non emissioned off road car is the fuel EVAP solenoid needed? Thanks

yes and no...

Yes if you want to want it to handle the fuel vapor and you are not using a Charcoal canister to remove the fuel vapors.

you can remove EVAP and plug it if you are not worried about the vapor (not really a good Idea). If you remove it, you can setup a Charcoal Canister to remove the fuel vapors.
