Question Dealer Logos on Rear Bumper

Anyone know how to get them off without hurting the paint.

I just peeled mine off with my finger nails and used a little goo gone, or nail polish remover to get the residue off. Make sure to wipe all the area clean when you are done. TAKE THAT LUCAS CHEVY!

a hair dryer works too, then rub the glue stuff with your thumb. Heat up as needed.

they make a little eraser wheel that goes on a drill. they use them at bodyshops. they should have them at an autoparts store. if not, the local paint shop will def have them

I use a razor and some laquer(sp?) thinner at work, and it works just fine. Just wipe off the laquer(sp?) thinner right away so it doesnt wreck your paint.

We use the eraser with a drill as mentioned above. Thing is the ****!

Otherwise, heat gun first, and peal away.

If the sticker has been there awhile, you may want to buff that section with some auction prep or the like.... It's going to leave a mark.

First thing I said when I bought my car... NO dealer sticker! Rat bastards

Heat Gun. Go over it and pull the sticker up. If glue stays on the car, heat the sticker longer and try again.

Hair dryer/ heat gun and fingernail if it's a decal. Some higher end dealers use emblems. Don't be suprised if you find something underneath it too. I've seen many a time where sneaky *** dealers are hiding a scratch or blemish and slap their crappy *** logo right on top of it to cover it up. Usually THEM pulling off the PREVIOUS dealers logo and doing it wrong, f*cking up the paint, and slapping theirs on.
