Default When to go from 300lb springs to 275lb's???

What weight should a car be at before you swap to 300lb springs to the 275's? Im trying to decide which spring to run. Car will be on a serious diet but not totaly gutted out.
Thanks.

My car at 3800lbs with driver would hit the inner fender with the 300lb springs. So 325's were perfect for me. 275's would work well at a 3400lb with driver or less weight imho.

I'm 3400lb raceweight and the 275s arent enough, have the shocks cranked all the way up and its still pretty low.

I've got the 275s on my Z, it's almost full weight, and they work alright. But I can't hook up very well at the moment so I may be one up for the 300s shortly.
