Default electrical problem?

having some sort of electrical problem maybe? i left my car in a parking garage...came out and it wouldn't start. battery was pretty low and it's old so i replaced it. drove fine for the rest of that day. i go out to start it and the battery is weak and it won't start..and the security light is flashing. i cleaned the terminals/connections on the battery and i was able to jumpstart it and it will run fine but if i turn the motor off it's like there is no battery at all. no lights, no radio, no response from the remote nothing. i haven't checked fuses but i will in the morning...any other ideas?

I would say alternator, but if it runs normal while you're driving then that's not it. Maybe you just need a new battery?

Sounds like the battery/connections to me too. I'm on my third - when my original Delco died went out to the car in the morning and nothing, remote wouldn't even unlock the door, and the rear hatch was popped????
