Like the title says, whenever its pretty darn cold outside, do you guys run your car cold without letting it warm up? I sometimes run a little late to college and have to do that sometimes.

my car is done for the year and put away but regardless i always let it run for 5-10 minutes before i drive it to let everything get oiled good and some heat to build up in it and i dont run it hard until its at temp

I give a minute or two and then go, but I drive real easy on it for five minutes after that. I learned my lesson last time on my monte where I started it up cold when it was 20 degrees out and did a burnout down the street. Then I wondered why it smelled like anitfreeze, apparently I blew out the gasket on the waterpump

If i shiver before i get to my car i let it sit for a minute or two, but usually i just get in and go. I lay off the throttle though.
Also i guess if you count me starting the car then finding a radio station then putting my seatbelt on as waiting....then yes i wait.
