Default Ls1 and Edelbrock2215 cam question

anyone have any thoughts as to what valve springs /retainers i should use on this cam please? Its only a mild cam by all accounts, and will be used with std heads. (engine is a 2001 stock ls1.)

advertised lift on that cam @ valve is 0.510" inlet and exhaust, cam duration at .050" lift is 220deg intake and 220deg ex.

used with a manual 5 speed box in a rwd track car (lightweight car), run to a safe max rpm rather than needing to be thrashed to the redline continually.
I've got some Comp Cams Hi-Tech 7.400" Pushrods in mind also (Part number: 7955-16)

Would the standard retainers do the job, or do i need uprated steel ones? (titanium would be nice but not really in the budget.) A suitable valve spring would also be handy to know?
thanks

anyone?
just need suggestions at to suitable valve springs (918s?) and if std steel retainers will work on this mild cam, or if uprated retainers required? i will be swapping the pushrods to uprated ones. rod bolts are also ARP type.
thanks
