Crate Engine First Start Procedure?
I bought an LS2 from SDPC, Im getting ready to install it and im just curious what all needs to be done before the first start up? How do i make sure its all oiled etc? Any procedure or checklist to follow? Thanks,

Leave the white connectors on the coil packs dis-connected, turn the car over for about 5 seconds or until the oil pressure gage starts to rise. Plug the connectors back in and fire the car up, bring the RPM's up to around 2,000 RPM's for about 15 minutes while watching the oil pressure and temp gage. That will get the motor lubricated well and allow the proper breakin time.
