Aftermarket heads?

I know this is very broad...Of those who have run FI on stock heads and then went to aftermarket and/or port work, what were your gains and overall opinion of performance and results?

perhaps noone reponded because your question was far too broad, and the only answer would be both blantantly obvious and so broad that its useless anyway.

be much more specific.. but more importantly, do a search before asking.
