Pontiac GTO 2004-2006 - LS2 Performance Intake Manifolds

As of 1:17 PM today, my GTO is officially no longer under warranty. Soon, I will be starting a top-end build up on my LS2- AFR heads, COMP cam, SLP longtubes, ect. I need some help/advice with the intake manifold. FAST has a really nice looking piece, with its 90 mm throttle body setup and integrated nitrous ports and portable three-piece design and what not. But an issue of popular hotrodding magazine (my inspiration for this build up) says that on an LS2 fuel rail, the hold-down bracket does not line up with the holes on the intake. Solutions anyone?
Also, what about the LS7 intake? Has anyone done it? Its cheaper by half than the FAST intake, yet it has those big rectangular ports.
Thanks for any help.

Get the FAST, they also sell a kit so the FAST will work with the LS2, buy one of those as well.

I decided to stay away from the boost and the nitrous. I have been doing research for about a year trying to make up my mind about what I was going to do. I went with the top-end build because the parts cost roughly the same as any supercharger/turbo kit I could find, yet its a lot more reliable. And, in the popular hot rodding magazine I mentioned above, they made 572 hp on the dyno. Cant go wrong there.
