Default Unsubscribing to thread

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but search didn't get me my answer.

How do you unsubscribe to a thread. I have it set to automatically subscribe when I post, which is nice. But, sometimes I no longer want/need to follow a particular thread. Cannot seem to get rid them.

Here is a little more info:

In User CP in > the control panel on the left > Subscribed Threads > List Subscriptions > then there is a drop down box on the right, under the listed threads. Check the thread and move to delete folder.

It threw me off that it was the instant notification box that had 2 b checked.
Worked just as u explained.
