my 96 ta is losing power as i cruise down the like when i`m running a 55mph it will start to bog and as i go to push the peddle it will try to come back up but only after i push peddle almost to the floor. now it doesn`t happen all the time i`ve checked the computer no codes for skipping or sensors i was thinking bad fuel pressure regulator or bad pump they have 200k on them and theres no water in the tank i`ve run a gallon of water remove in it. what do you guys think thanks for your input
