Unhappy Detonation Problem -Help

I have a 2002 TA.
I just had it dynoed today.
The HP is what I expected, however the detonation was really bad.
The techs were too afraid to even pull it a second time.
I use 91 octane from Shell or Chevron.
The gas I used was from Chevron when I had it dynoed.
Ive had it tuned for this problem once before and he took care of the detonation.
Im just a little upset right now as to why this would happen a second time.
All of your thoughts and answers?

You might have excessive carbon build-up in your combustion chambers causing a pre-detonation. Any recent problems you hve been dealing with? If your cranksensor gets out-o-whack you can have all sorts of timing problems. You could add a cherry bomb octane boost before the dyno run for a temp fix.

Talking

Well, I looked on the dyno sheet that I got.
It looks as if its detonating at high speeds.
Our car club tuner mentioned to me that he is going to tune the detonation out.
The last time I had this detonation tuned out was at a low speed.
I feel much better now, but was dissapointed that I couldnt run the car at the track yesterday.

Did the tune happen to be for a 160 thermostat when theres still a 195 in it? Im not sure if that would have something to do with it for sure but I know when tuning mine I was told to put a 160 in it so they can program for that.
