depends on what your wanting to do....
Your cam has to match all your bolt ons and head flow, etc.
Do a lil research before buying anything, took me months before i made my choice.
search is your friend.
Also name brand has alot to do with it aswell like comp cams have some badass lobe profiles.

well i am wanting a car that will break in to low 11's and still be able to dirve it on the street

MS4 with some TEA Stage2 5.3 heads (flycutting will most likely be necessary), get a 12 bolt and some ET streets. If you dont like the MS4 then get a TREX(some what similar) or a custom cam.
