I'm thinking about upgrading my Dana 60s cover to an aluminum one. The sway bar looks like it has plenty of room on the stock cover, do I really need relco. brackets? Although, the lower panhard bar looks very close to the stock cover, has anyone had problems with that?

You will need a tubular pan hard bar and you can get a TA cover to fit. The load bolts will need to be clearanced some but it wont hurt anything.

So, no need to distance the sway bar?

I weld on the BMR swaybar kit and I haven't had any issues with any covers rubbing.
