Default injector life

what would be considered a lot of time for injectors. They really dont seem to go bad that often but was just curious if anyone had any input on that. Im looking at a few used sets and it makes me wonder whats to used?

I've cleaned and flow tested ALOT of 84-87 Buick turbo, [and others] injectors... Some with over 200K on them. About 90% clean up, and work right. The rest are units that have been out of the rails, for extended periods, left in the rails with nasty gas in them, subjected to humidity, water, etc, and have gotten either internally rusty, or gummed up so bad, they won't work.
Any injectors that are used, are suspect, if they have been subjected to any of the above conditions.
Any used units should be cleaned, and flow tested, and have the wear items replaced.
