Default 4l60e, 700r4, or 200r4?

I'm looking to do an LSx swap on my 91 C4 Vette, It's alreay an auto car, so I'm going to keep it that way. The question is, which transmission will gte me best bang for the buck, and reliability? (400-600+hp perhaps)
700r4 - proven and abundant (fairly cheap to build up)
4l60e - hard to fin a someone who does great in high hp applications (rea$onably priced at least)
200r4 - well, the Turbo Buick apps speak for themselves.

Please post pros/cons, and known costs/builders. And let's please keep it to firsthand knowledge. Nobody cares if your brother's cousin's neighbor knew a guy....

well the 2004r is the easy swap of course its small and its tight under there, but i like the lower ratio of the 700r4 and 4l60e in first,
now if i was going to be using the entire harness or controller with the lsx engine i would go with the 4l60e since its basically plug in play no tv cables etc and infinatley programable
we have all three
