Default Tranny spitting out fluid

I've got a stocked 4L60e tranny that just got rebuilt, and a 4400 Fuddle converter that got the lock up clutch replaced. So I put one quart of tranny fluid into the converter before I put on the tranny, and I bolted the tranny back up and put only two quarts of fluid and it started spitting it back out. It's been shifting fine but when I go to check the fluid level after I turn the car off it shoots it straight out. I've gone to the track and I keep hitting the rev from 2nd to 3rd, and I'm thinking the fluid level has everything to do with it. So any help would be greatly appreciated, cause I've got a huge event coming on the 1st of December and I need to solve this problem before then.

Check that the vent tube at top of trans didn't get mashed flat or otherwise obstructed
