Default Running light lenses

Both my running/ turn signal light covers are cracked and leak water, which in turn burns out my lights...

Does anyone have a part # for the covers? and I need a part # for the socket which holds the bulb..

I tried gm-parts direct with not alot of help..

thanks Guys

I dont think GM offers just the lenses, that happend to one of my fog lights, I was going to have pay for the whole assembly, but I found just the lamp and lens on Ebay, saved alot

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I dipped my bulbs in dielectric grease, it stopped them from burning out. I still need to get new nenses though...

Not sure about the part numbers but GM does sell just the lense. If I find the numbers I will post them.

You might try looking on the lens itself. A lot of the GM part numbers are actually stamped onto the parts.

Lenses are not sold separately for either the Firebird/Formula or the Trans Am. The housing numbers are 10301404 (right) and 10301405 (left). Retail is about $44 each but you can get them cheaper online.

10301406 lamp $30.19each (turn signal)
they are both the same part number

http://www.partszoneonline.com/

I just bought two a week or so ago
they can look up the fogs for you if you call.

here at least you do not have to spend $10 on shipping for each part unlike ebay

EDIT: thats for a firebird or formula not sure about T/A

That's correct - that part number fits Firebird and Formula only. Use the part numbers I posted earlier for Trans Am.

i bought my turn signal/drl assemblies for 20 bucks each. and sockets for 7 each.

ebay for the assemblies (i think it was carparts or something like that) and autozone for the sockets.

oem lasted just over two years. after markets for three years and no problems. still look new. i just wish i could find some that were more clear, like clear side markers.
