4L60E soft shifting into 3rd

4L60E soft shifting into 3rd First and Second gear are good firm shifts but when it goes to shift into 3rd it feels like the transmission is slipping. When I get on it real hard in 3rd it grabs and stays like it is not slipping and feels strong. when I let up off the gas it feels like it starts to slip again. What kind of transmission is in the V6 model Camaro's. I have a Z28 1994 Automatic

The v6 models have a 4l60e also , however they have a smaller bell pattern diffeent from the v8s.
Im not sure about the shift issue except to say the 3-4 clutch is ussually the first thing to go , When your floored the line presure max out so that help them hold a little better
