Default Roller rockers and lifters

As I will be doing a H/C, EWP, 90/90 swap in January, should I go ahead and do roller rockers and lifters as well?
Are replacing these items more of a reliability issue over performance?
The heads are PRC LS6 CNC Ported Heads with competition CNC valve job and PRC double springs kit the cam is a MS4.

The RL I was thinking about are these.
The RR I was thinking about are these.

Yes And No. The Lifters, You Might As Well Since The Heads Will Be Off And You Can Get To Them, It's An Insurance Thing. Rockers Not Really, Unless You Are Going All Out In A N/a Set Up, Then The Rockers Are By Far Superior Than Other Ls Stuff Out There But Not Needed. Anyways, You Have The Wrong Part # For The Rockers. It Would Be Crane #144750-16/1.7ratio Set #144759-16/1.8ratio Set.

I am running those rockers, very nice and a good wipe pattern can be achieved with them. I could not get a very good wipe pattern with the stock rockers.

As for the lifters, for the money that those apparently cost, I would personally (and I did) go with the Morel's, which in this case are actually cheaper.
