Default What is the biggest cam I can run?

If I already have Titanium Retainers and Comp 918 Springs, what would be the best / biggest cam I can safely run without having to change anything out other than the cam?

i'll be semi nice and ask if you've searched already....since everyone that responds to this will say "this has been asked a billion times already" and why do you want the biggest cam that you can fit in there? your going to want to match the cam for what your wanting to do with it, going with the all out big *** cam and trying to DD it isnt going to be the BEST idea. that'll start you off in the right direction now

did I search? yup But even if I didn't, I'd still post (ha!)

I am starting to see that perhaps a good 224 cam with good heads is comparable to a huge cam with good heads. Maybe I am wrong, but that is what it seems like anyway.

a 224 with a set of good flowing heads would definitely put up more power than a huge cam alone. It would also give you better drive ability, more TQ at lower RPM's, and a less noticeable idle.
