pro shifter 5.0 stick ? I installed the 5.0 shifter, I like it but I want to cut the top of the stick to make it shorter. what is the maximum I can cut off without the **** not being able to screw on? Thanks

I cut about an inch off of mine and still have plenty of thread. You could definitely do an inch and a half, maybe two inches max would be my guess. I'd say to try an inch and a half and see if you like how that feels.
