Default My Zex Nitrous System.......Pics inside, post yours.

This is what I do. My motor made 650 flywheel on my favorite setup. I did all the grafix and painted my motor candy purple on my last build. 5000 miles ago. Holds up well to the heat.I have a 95 Z28 M6 and am very proud of my LT1. Shut a few mouths up. My car appears to be stock but what they dont know........

It messes up the engine if you do not know your ****. Which you obviously dont.Keep the air fuel right and nitrous is safe. My brother has been running spray on his LT1 since he got. 100,000 miles later.... Drove it.... and it feels as powerful as it did brand new. Spray is to take car of the cars that you really want to blow the doors off.

I'd say your extremely wrong with saying nitrous screws up the motor. I have been spraying mine for 40,000 miles and with absolutely no problem. It's running better then ever. Also spray is a very cheap and reliable way to make any car faster. You should do some research before you say anything about it. I have zex and i really dislike the look of that intake pictured and i could also care less what color my bottle or solenoids are. I guess i'm just in it for speed and could give a care less about apprearance.

I am in it for both. Besides, ladys like it. Your right though. It shouldnt matter what color your engine is or your bottle. But why not have it both ways. you guys should know, I though all of you aim for perfection........ thats why I joined this site.

If you dont care what color the engine is why did you paint it? I like things to look good also. If you come on here with a purple intake manifold, be prepaired for some negitive posts.

If he wants pics of other nitrous setups, he could search. There are quite a few topics like this.

I thought this was a post pics of your nitrous setup thread, not a bash on ZEX-Z thread. he didn't ask for yur input on it, he just wanted a thread of pics of N2O setups.

I will also tell whomever it was that stated N2O hurts your motor, that if your ignorant when installing it and not tunign for it right then YES it will hurt it. If you tune it right and keep the fuel flow and air/fuel ratio right then it will not do a damn thing but give you HP at the push of a button.

Exactly, nice setup and very unique. Where is the bottle mounted?

People who do not understand how something works should not attempt to give advice. It just makes them look stupid.....

As far as the color and the layout. I like the unique color and the individual detail.

This is a House of Colors candy Purple/ Violet. I put down a basecoat of platinum Silver, Candy purple, and Clear. 3 Coats of each. My bottle is mounted in the middle, in between the back seats. It looks great and goes with my theme. I ran at the local drag strip on slicks and clutch issues a 7.26 in the 1/8 mile.175 shot. And Toxic TA..... dude, if thats your motor in the picture..... Thats bad ***.

Yes that is the new 383 for this year. I put 10,000 miles on it and should be just about time to put it away for a few mods over the winter.
