Default tourquer 2 with heads PLEASE HELP

i have a ls2 with a tourquer 2 i want to get theses heads the specs are 205 160 milled.030 with a 59cc combustion chamber will they clear i have flycutt pistons.

will be very close, i would say flycutt them .050" or so

Yes, i think it might be a little too close for comfort. If youre going to flycut, id suggest doing at least .080 for a couple of reasons. First, you flycut with a larger cautter than a valve, and because of the angle the edge of the larger cutter will stick down further than the valve would. Secondly, while you cut the pistons at TDC, the closest piston to valve clearance dosnt happen at TDC, it happens with the piston partially down the bore. Because of the valve angle, the valve will move laterally away from the deep part of the releif. Because of these two factors, your P to V clearance will never increase as much as you actually cut.
