build up on spark plugs???

build up on spark plugs??? I took a spark plug out today and it was whiteish grey with a bunch of carbon buildup on it. I know the whiteness means Lean, but what can I do about the build-up? Would a colder or hotter plug help with that or what??

Stay with your stock delco plugs, they have the right heat range for a stock motor. 100K is the proclaimed change interval, but most people change @ 60-75K. Oil deposits are most likely what is built-up on your electrode.
