I have it deleted on both cars, no problems realted to removing TM alone.. it does put more stress on the tranny through shifts..

I think it really depends on the car. On mine I saw no difference with or without it. On a friends car, after he installed a converter....it was terrible. Car ran like **** until it was deleted. We actually were starting to wonder if he got a bad converter.

Mine has been about 85% gone since I first had the car tuned almost 2 years ago. No problems since, even with the stall.

I would do it but not on a 100% bone stock GM transmission. Get the TransGo HD2 kit in there.

I have been running NO TM in my truck since new.. 6k mi a year later and 50runs at the track, on DR's.. NO PROBLEMS.. recently added Sonnax Superhold servos, TCI deep pan and a stacked plate cooler, better than ever..A friend has a Turbo on his SS and NO TM 15k mi, trans still ok, trapping 109mph.. Many SSS's run NO TM as well, I think it's only giving you a minimal extension on trans life if any..

I deleted TM on mine forever ago. The transmission dying I contributed to sparying out of the hole and through shifts on a stock transmission, not TM deletion.

I've now got a level 3 trans, and no issues.
