Default McCord Power Plate fell apart

Sorry...it's a McCord Power Plate, not a QTEC. Anyway, any ideas what I should do? The motor is still attached and works, but the big metal circle part of the butterfly valve is gone (welds broke). Does anyone know if they sell repair parts, or do I need to ship it back to 'em, or am I just better off buying another one? Thanks!!

Send them an email/contact them - even if it's out of warranty last I heard they'll fix it for a nominal fee if you send it to them and pay shipping. Your case might be even easier.

Well...I've had it for several years, but just installed it about 2 weeks ago. I'm sure sitting in my basement for years didn't do it any good. Oh, and thanks, I'll shoot them an email tonight. Hopefully it'll be a quick fix, this thing is loud!

Same thing happened with mine. If they don't help you.....go with McCord. They weld the plate and I have had much better luck with it than my QTP.
